Board Certified Neurological Surgeon
Dr. Benjamin Ditty specializes in neurosurgery with a focus on spinal surgery, including minimally invasive techniques and the treatment of complex spine deformities. Dr. Ditty studied and trained at The University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine and The University of Alabama School Of Medicine. Dr. Ditty is actively engaged in pioneering new spinal surgical techniques to improve predictability and patient outcomes. In his time away from the clinic and hospital, Dr. Ditty commits a significant portion of his time to self-improvement activities, including reading, mindfulness practices, and strength training. He enjoys golf, and he and Bailey are learning to play tennis.
Education
Bailey consults on Dr. Ditty’s surgical spine patients, providing preoperative counseling and education to maximize recovery and return to functional independence following spinal surgery. She has 5 years of acute care, hospital-based occupational therapy experience where she worked extensively with patients recovering from spinal surgery and has witnessed the gaps in preparation that patients struggle to overcome.
Bailey relocated to Naples, Florida, from North Carolina in 2019 with her husband and their dog, Lilly. Since then, they have added another puppy, Leo, to their family. During her free time, she enjoys spending time at the beach, attending Barre and Pilates classes, and cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats.

Kelly joined Dr. Ditty’s team in March 2020. Her role includes working with Dr. Ditty in the office seeing new patients, as well as following up with established and post-operative patients. Additionally, she assists Dr. Ditty in surgery and with morning rounds at the hospital. She strives to make sure her patients feel well informed and involved in their care throughout the pre and post-operative time period.
Kelly grew up in Naples, Florida, with her parents and two sisters. In her free time Kelly enjoys spending time on the beach and playing golf.

Monica works in conjunction with Dr. Ditty evaluating & diagnosing patients in the clinic setting. She also works with him in the hospital, assisting in surgery and managing patients post-operatively. She has 5 years of acute care experience working as a Paramedic for Collier County EMS where she learned how to manage and treat the most critical of patients.
Monica is originally from Illinois, however she has resided in Naples, FL for over 10 years. In her free time she enjoys relaxing on the beach, playing tennis & spending time with her boxer, Griffin.
